‘RECORD EVERYTHING’ Said The EDL
At the English Defence League (EDL) protest at Walsall, a man behind the PA system told supporters to ‘RECORD EVERYTHING’ (0.59 seconds in).

Casuals United Know The EDL Is Surrendering
Everyone knows the English Defence League (EDL) isn’t doing too well. Yesterdays protest at Walsall was rather horrendous for them, having been in the spotlight (even by ITV) for attacking police and hurting eachother.
The Casuals United splinter group have an on-and-off relationship with the EDL. Nevertheless, they admit that numbers are going down at protests and EDL leadership is rather pathetic. On their blog they posted,

EDL Supporters Hurt Eachother At Walsall
At the floppy English Defence League (EDL) demo in Walsall, supporters clashed with police and threw objects big and small. But they didn’t only attack the police, they hurt their own fellow supporters. One supporter from Chessington admitted it.
One woman said she got hurt, and four EDL supporters gave her comment a ‘Like’.

We’ve seen many loony yet extreme views within the far-right. On the English Defence League (EDL) Bury Division Fan Page, one supporter says Birmingham needs ‘nuking’, perhaps due to its diverse community.

Moment When EDL Threw Large Missile At Police
ITV has provided a quality video showing how missiles were thrown at police officers trying to ease the situation when the English Defence League (EDL) marched in Walsall.
One missile shown in the video, a large wooden object, was thrown and hit a police officer on the head knocking him down.
Another similar missile was thrown shortly afterwards as well as other objects.

Walsall Community Defy EDL Presence
Wherever the English Defence League (EDL) goes, there comes negativity. In today’s case at Walsall, there came violence, clashes and brick-throwing.
But even though this happened, the Walsall community, made of different people, races and faiths, defied the EDL in a peaceful gathering of positivity and tolerance.

EDL Affiliates Lie About 400-Man ‘Muslim Mob’
English Defence League (EDL) affiliate websites such as StormCloudUK, JaneyEnglish and the Northampton Casuals United have created and regurgitated a false story named ‘Police are unable to control a 400 strong Muslim mob in #Walsall so they turn on #edl’ referring to the EDL’s protest at Walsall today. Click on the blog names for proof of articles.
Even the EDL's Rochdale Division mindlessly copies and pastes the story.

EDL At Walsall Get Nasty Then Blame Police
The English Defence League (EDL) have been at Walsall today, and not being on their best behaviour, being quite naughty and throwing rocks and bricks at police. Police officials report there are cases of disorder. The West Midlands Police tweeted,

EDL Activist Makes Rape And Women-Beating Jokes
A leading English Defence League (EDL) activist named Gary from the North West has been exposed posting sick jokes about rape and domestic violence on his Facebook Page. Here are a few examples.

Posted only four days ago, and prior to the English Defence League (EDL) protest which happens tomorrow, the EDL’s Walsall Youth Division shared a picture of a under-age girl to stir up tensions.
The picture shows a young underage girl and reads ‘Don’t let them hurt me’, referring to child groomers of Pakistani origin. But various EDL Divisions have circulated pictures like these many times before. One picture used was of an epileptic child (documented here).
This further goes to show how the EDL is whipping up tensions in the British community. And furthermore, manipulating under-age girls is a new low.

Pair Jailed For EDL Halifax Demo
The Halifax Courier has reported that a 21-year-old man from Rochdale and a 16-year-old from Stockport have been locked up for their part in disturbances at a English Defence League (EDL) protest at a children’s museum in Halifax.
One of them has a previous conviction for threatening behaviour at a football match.
The protest in question was held in July. Rocks and bottles were thrown towards officers, fences were damaged and staff inside the museum were also scared. The protest cost around a whopping £336,000.

Earlier this month, the English Defence League (EDL) leader Tommy Robinson and Kevin Carroll were invited to a ‘911 World Freedom Congress’ in New York, in which other Islamophobes and hate-group founders attended.
In an interview, Robinson hilariously slammed other far-right parties that have been connected with the EDL in the past, like the National Front (NF) and the British National Party (BNP).
When the interviewee asked, “There are other groups though like the National Front, the Front Nationale and the BNP who’ve been fighting this [Islam] for years?” Robinson says, “When you talk about fighting it for years, those groups differ in many ways ‘cos those are just Nazis, backward, nothing…”
Many ‘patriots’ have shown to have a increasing dislike of the EDL leader, and the idea of him being a Zionist also makes others angry too.

The amount of fake stories the Islamophobia network create is mind-boggling. In case you didn’t know, the network has been known to misrepresent facts, twist stories and then target minorities to further their intolerant agenda.
The story we examine is one spread around by the Islamophobic bloggers and hate-group founders Robert Spencer and Pamela Geller, who also have ties to the English Defence League (EDL). They claimed that Nigerian ‘Muslims’ crucified a cat in protest of the recent anti-Islam movie Innocence of Muslims and it has been regurgitated by parts of the far-right, like the EDL's North West Alliance Division.
But the story has been twisted, and most probably doesn’t even involve Muslims!
The original story originated from Ghana not Nigeria, and surfaced around a year ago, reported by GhanaWeb (here), and on a Cat Defender Blog (here). Early articles simply note a person uploaded the image to Facebook and the case of animal abuse was raised. The crucifiers were and remain unknown.
As well as the story being over a year old, there is no evidence by early sources that the criminals who crucified the cat were Muslims. Considering that Ghana is a predominantly Christian nation, it would actually be more possible for Christians to have done it.

Islamophobic sites like IslamVersusEurope, BaredNakedIslam and Vivienco, have been posting and regurgitating a story claiming that a 53-year-old ‘Muslim’ inhabitant of El Ejido abused, and raped a female horse (click on the names for their articles). But the story has been manipulated and has been a petty attempt to demonise Muslims.
First of all, it’s extremely strange that these sites have provided no or little source or reference to the story they are mentioning. Secondly, the author fails to give the name of the rapist, and only gives the initials ‘M.A’. Why? Is it so we don’t find out that this incident never even happened? Thirdly, earlier news reports (like this) only say the man was ‘African’. There was no mention of his faith.
A real-looking picture of a dead horse has been added into the manipulating articles, giving the impression it’s the same horse that was ‘raped’. As you can see, BaredNakedIslam even claim it is.
But this picture isn’t even of the incident! It’s a four-year-old picture that has been used previously in a Spanish news article titled ‘Wild horses cause three accidents in recent days Carnota’ (here), explaining how some Spanish workers were injured when crashing into horses on a road!
Clearly, these websites have been manipulating people by twisting things for their biased agenda. Only the gullible have been believing them without checking their accuracy, like the English Defence League (EDL) Surrey Division.

EDL Now Against Mormons Too?
‘Commies’, ‘lefties’, ‘wrong’uns’ and Muslims are frequent targets of the English Defence League (EDL) and many other far-right groups and individuals. But it seems that the EDL’s ‘Mighty Brighton Infidels’ has a dislike of Mormons too.
Again, parts of the EDL are targeting minorities.

Combined ex Forces Leader Raided By Police
The leader of the far-right extremist group, the Combined ex Forces (CxF), was raided by police recently. Possibly after police found out they wanted to attack a leukemia fundraising event in Manchester.
His computer equipment, hard drives and mobile phones were confiscated.
The leader has gave power to his second-in-command Paul James. He is one of the few members of the group who has actually served in the forces and was given a dishonorable discharge after being caught stealing from fellow soldiers.

The English Defence League (EDL) and the Jewish Defence League (JDL) is always trying to portray Islam in a negative light, because they’re simply prejudiced. Funny enough, they still claim to ‘Promote the understanding of Islam’ in their Mission Statement.
I’m no scholar, but I know BS when I see it.
The EDL has recently been picking and choosing quotes from some of the least authentic Islamic sources, including that of the Ishaq and Tabari hadiths (narrations) passing it off as proof.
On the authenticity of the hadiths, an Islamic website I found says,

Islamophobic Duck Rape Stories EXPOSED
The English Defence League (EDL) has recently shared a story from a far-right Islamophobic website stating that a ‘Muslim’ raped a duck in Turkey.
But far-right Islamophobic websites such as Barenakedislam and Vivienco have just twisted the story to suit their own agenda!
The only information earlier stories provide is that the man was Turkish. There is absolutely NO mention of the mans faith or beliefs.

EDL Inciting And Encouraging Violence
Under the banner of ‘freedom’, the English Defence League (EDL) is currently trying to encourage its followers to promote and share the recent anti-Islam film that has caused outrage around the world, even in Britain.
If this film has led to violence and murder, surely the EDL is inciting and encouraging, even more violence and murder. This correlates to the police warning that was given two years claiming far-right groups such as the EDL are helping ‘feed extremism’.
As we identified previously (here), the EDL are playing a part in endangering the British public, themselves and even those serving abroad. They have been warned, but are continuing to provoke people and are even publicly bragging about how they will screen the film.

When someone who seems Asian or Muslim says something like “Let’s burn a flag” and “I hate America”, the EDL are quick to jump on the bandwagon and start complaining. But why is then acceptable for parts of the far-right, to chant “Let’s burn your mosque” and “Let’s go kill a Muslim”? (1:26 onwards)
Why is there no condemnation when these remarks are made? Why is this allowed? Why is it one thing for the far-right, and another thing for someone else? It’s double standards!
A recent example would be that of the young Asian teen who said “all soldiers should die and go to hell” on Facebook. The EDL were eager to highlight the story and complain. But if the EDL were really defenders of Freedom of Speech, they’d be speaking out against it, regardless of who it is.
Note: We think the Islamophobes working in the far-right only bark on about the Freedom of Speech, just so they can have the right to be discriminative and get away with it.

EDL Jewish Defence League Insults Deceased U.S. Ambassador
The Jewish Division of the English Defence League (EDL) is perhaps one of the most extreme parts of the EDL. We’ve seen their sympathy for Norwegian mass murderer Anders Breivik, and open discriminative language used against minorities.
Recently, a minority of extremists who stormed into the embassy murdered the U.S. Ambassador in Libya. As people are mourning his death, the EDL Jewish Defence League however, call him an ‘idiot’ and wish others who are like him to have ‘similar endings’.
Without a doubt, this is sick.

Recent Child Groomers – EDL Silent Once Again!
The English Defence League (EDL) and other Islamophobic groups and individuals only tend to pick out grooming cases in which those who look Asian or seem 'Muslim' are involved. But this is far from the bigger picture.

14 September 2012 – John – PeterboroughToday reported that a paedophile with a huge collection of indecent images of children has been jailed for two years and eight months. Many pictures were ranked severe and one video found was more than an hour long.

He was also charged of distributing two images containing bestiality and ‘harm being caused to a person’.
3 September 2012 – Daniel – This Is Hull And East Riding reported a judge took ‘pity’ on a paedophile who slept with three girls. He admitted to having sex with three “vulnerable” friends, two of whom were aged 13 and the other 15.

The Home Office has reported that of the 43,748 hate crimes recorded by the police in England and Wales during the period of 2011 and 2012, 35,816 (82%) were race hate crimes.

EDL Supporters Fined Over Racist Chants
The Northern Echo has reported that a group of six men linked to the English Defence League (EDL) have been fined for chanting racially motivated abuse at Middlesbrough railway station after attending a football match.
The court was told that the men from South West Durham were singing EDL chants and when they also started singing a highly inflammatory religious chant, a police officer decided to eject them from the station.

It’s been three long hours and this rather scary comment has stayed on the official English Defence League (EDL) Facebook Page without being deleted.

SION 911 Conference Brings Wrong Newspapers
On September the 11th, Tommy Robinson and Kevin Carroll from the leadership of the English Defence League (EDL) attended a ‘911 World Freedom Congress’ in New York. Islamophobic blogger Pamela Geller was quick to share on her blog,
Not only do we find the typical fear-mongering rhetoric used in the far-right Islamophobia network, but we also find a lot of discrepancy in regards to the stories Carroll used to describe how Muslims are ‘influencing’ Britain.
The first story entitled “No Right to Wear a Cross at Work”, was about Christians wanting to be able to wear the cross at work. It was not related to Muslims, but Christians and the government. The second piece “Speak Up for Christianity PM Tells Archbishop”, simply reported that PM David Cameron called on the Church to defend the 'values and moral code' of the Bible.
To say these stories proves that Muslims are ‘influencing’ Britain is ridiculous and outright stupid. Did Carroll bring the wrong newspapers?

EDL Endangers Country As Protests Continue
The recent outrage over the cheap anti-Islam film made by some mysterious producer is something to be very cautious over. Attacks have been made, places have been vandalised and people have been even killed.
Without a doubt, the best way to address the issue would not be to add salt to the wound and make people angrier. But parts of the far right, like the English Defence League (EDL) group, are doing just that. For example:
So will doing these things make things any better? No. It’ll make things worse. So it’s obvious that parts of the EDL do not care for the safety of themselves, the ones abroad or the British public.

- EDL Divisions have promoted the anti-Islam film on Facebook.
- The EDL urged people to oppose and provoke the small group of protestors outside the U.S. embassy in London today.
- The EDL leader Tommy Robinson tweeted that he will be booking a venue to screen the anti-Islam film to others.
- He also tweeted that a newspaper phoned him to warn him that his tweets are endangering embassies abroad! He's done this once before too (here).

EDL And BFP Youtube Spam Tactic EXPOSED
Fake users having been making fake Youtube accounts to upload English Defence League (EDL) and British Freedom Party (BFP) videos. Below is a screenshot.
We have counted more than 10 fake accounts and more than 250 videos have been uploaded with just these profiles alone. Coincidentally everyone of them asks people to join the EDL or visit the BFP.
Are the EDL and BFP behind these? Well, the BFP have promoted a link on Facebook, which goes directly to their website where one video can be found.

It can be tempting to see the BNP as evidence that Britain is becoming a nation of ethnic and cultural ghettos, where there are no-go zones for non-Muslims, and that communities are living increasingly parallel lives. In fact, as the statisticians Nissa Finney and Ludi Simpson argue in Sleepwalking to Segregation? the trend is in the opposite direction: ethnic minorities are spreading more evenly across Britain. What's more, areas of cities with concentrated ethnic minority populations tend not to be ghettos: think of Burnley, where even the Asian areas of Daneshouse and Stoneyholme are still around 40% white.
Yet the idea that Britain is a nation divided by race and culture, rather than wealth, persists across a wide range of rightwing and liberal opinion, with multiculturalism named as the culprit. Beneath these anxieties, however, exists the everyday, thriving multiculturalism of modern Britain; the result of our daily interactions with one another. Each one of us is unique, yet each one of us has habits and customs and ways of seeing the world that overlap. Culture is not a fixed set of attributes, nor is it handed down by decree; it's what we do. This is a fact that even the BNP was forced to accept.
That's why Griffin had to set up an ethnic liaison committee, and it is why, in the end, he had to tell his party to "adapt or die" and accept non-white members. The EDL is further evidence of how the far right has had to accommodate to the reality of modern Britain.

EDL Member Arrested For Mosque Bomb Threat
An English Defence League (EDL) member has been arrested after leaving a message on his Facebook claiming to have planted a bomb at a mosque in Birmingham and bragging about it.
After the arrest, police searched the place and nothing was found. He is currently still in custody as police carry out further investigation.
It is also revealed that he has photographs of himself alongside the EDL and British Freedom Party (BFP) key figure Kevin Carroll. Please see the 'Further reading' section for further proof.

Just as news agencies reported that far-right Islamophobic groups in the U.S. helped fund the far-right Dutch politician Geert Wilders, we can reveal that there’s another funding case being brought into the light.
